The Idaho GOP recently concluded their summer meeting in Challis, where true conservatives emerged victorious, confirming the strength and influence of conservative voices within the party.
Despite attempts by leftists and the liberal media to paint the party’s current leadership as a bunch of extremists led by Chairwoman Dorothy Moon, we are those who proudly champion the concerns of everyday Republicans. Our actions are rooted in our GOP platform and include:
- Safeguarding constitutional rights.
- Protecting the innocence of children.
- Promoting fiscal responsibility.
- Unmasking corrupted government institutions.
- Demanding border security.
- Preserving health freedom.
- Opposing mandatory lockdowns and forced vaccinations.
Let’s not forget who the real extremists are. It’s those who forcibly kept us from our families in the hospital, fired us for not taking the vax, masked our toddlers, shut down our businesses, schools, and churches, and threatened to arrest us when we spoke up. They push radical transgender ideology on our kids in public schools. They demand abortion at any time during pregnancy. They squander tax dollars with reckless abandon. They are the extremists, and they have failed you.
The Idaho Freedom Caucus stands with the conservatives in the GOP and reminds you that government exists to protect your God-given rights. The government’s purpose is not to rule over the people but to serve the people.
As you celebrate Independence Day, remember these powerful words from the Declaration of Independence, “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
